Everything was perfect, had a really comfortable stay for a single night or a longer stay. Location: the hotel was just off numerous great restaurants and shops, sightseeing, and all shops, bars and Restaurants within Carcassonne. I tried some drinks at bar Brasserie le Longchamp, located 5 minutes walk away;)))

During our Easter stay, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The communication was clear and helpful from the beginning to the end, ensuring that we had all the information we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything in the area. We were able to explore the nearby attractions conveniently. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and filling, with a variety of fresh and homemade options. We particularly enjoyed the homemade fruit salad, yoghurt, and jams. the accommodation was comfortable and kept impeccably clean.

While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the bicycles provided could benefit from some attention and maintenance.

The hotel was fantastic, offering excellent breakfasts and a beautifully decorated double room, with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff that made me want to return.

This place is super cozy and in a great spot near a fab restaurant, all the shops, bars, and restaurants in town, as well as the canal 🛶. Plus, the breakfast here is incredible!
